Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Serene Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, clear, and consistent for all our guests.
Advance Booking Payments
All room bookings require an advance payment of ₹500 per room to confirm and block the reservation. This payment guarantees your room and allows us to prepare for your arrival.
Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the booking date are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 4 days of the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-show or same-day cancellations will result in complete forfeiture of the advance payment.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Serene Resort is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
Modifications
If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change of date), please contact us at least 4 days before your stay. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to arrive without prior notice.
- Cancellation requests made after check-in or during your stay.
- Early check-outs.
